“I recently leased [a townhouse]. I found this to be a very pleasurable experience. The unit was very quiet, clean, friendly neighbors and well-kept amenities. We were the first tenants this unit had been leased to so there were some minor issues that needed attention the first week of our stay, but after those things were ironed out we had no problems with anything and everything worked well.
