“I recently leased [a townhouse]. I found this to be a very pleasurable experience. The unit was very quiet, clean, friendly neighbors and well-kept amenities. We were the first tenants this unit had been leased to so there were some minor issues that needed attention the first week of our stay, but after those things were ironed out we had no problems with anything and everything worked well. Never having leased property in Florida we didn’t know what to expect. Let me say I was pleasantly surprised by the townhome as well as the landlord. The landlord was attentive to any needs we had and kept us informed of anything going on inside the complex. If I have the opportunity to rent from this landlord in the future I will definitely take it.”
