We were the first tenants this unit had been leased to so there were some minor issues that needed attention the first week of our stay, but after those things were ironed out we had no problems with anything and everything worked well. Never having leased property in Florida we didn’t know what to expect. Let me say I was pleasantly surprised by the townhome as well as the landlord. The landlord was attentive to any needs we had and kept us informed of anything going on inside the complex. If I have the opportunity to rent from this landlord in the future I will definitely take it.”

“This was the first time my husband and I ever rented a vacation property in Florida. We were pleasantly surprised. The rental was exceptionally clean and tidy. We did not know what to expect as we based our decision on the pictures and information from the internet. Our rental had all the necessary items needed to run a house including paper towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. “I travel a lot and in so doing rent off craigslist quite often. I have run into a few scammers so I am Cautious in who I deal with. After talking with Bob for a minute I knew he was honest and trustworthy. The house I am renting is a great value. Going thru a realtor would have cost quite a bit more and taken A lot longer. I was on short notice and Bob had me in his house in 2 days. The house and belongings Are quite nice. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The neighborhood is nice in A gated community with security. So far all in all a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend renting from Robert I know I’m happy I did.”
